I met a young lady on FB really advocating for them.

I was able to get free hand and get the spray on him....and apply some low end not so nice blows my dad taught me to use when battling a stronger opponent ....then I called the cops.  

NWA is rapidly expanding, it's mind-blowing.

The main thing is not to buy toys or blow it. 

Or did the windws blow stuff off the house or blow stuff into the house that represents the damage?

I am a big advocate of home ownership, but in the situation you are describing (not knowing how soon you would leave), it might not make the most sense to buy a condo with restrictions or potential assessments in the future.

If you can get over the mental thought that you "gave away" 60% and look at the math, what the math does, I think it will blow your mind.

I remember even during Covid we sitting pretty collecting all of our Section 8 rent checks.....The County Wake housing authority blows the big one.
