Well, .....1) $30k is not a lot to start flipping with, especially out of state with no local resources2) agents get plenty of calls from Local wannabe flippers who have this “vision” of getting into flipping (insert agent’s eyes rolling here)2):the investor agent types Already have Local investors with Plenty of Cash And Experience to bring potential flip deals to, so why waste time with some out out of state guy they don’t know and who has never bought/flipped a single houseIf you’re serious, get on a plane, spend a week there, meet people, line up some financing....Act like you’re serious.

I know I have a lot to learn but I’m ready.

I made numerous requests to have my account removed and each time it was ignored.
