They are both in almost identical houses .I offered assistance to both but they wanted to have a mortgage to Appreciate what they had .so in essence I bought both houses for Cash and sold them each for a Mortgage of 85 K $$$Fast forward 15 years they have paid off each of their houses , I have done a few deals with them so that they each have 2 kids and their colleges are paid for and IRA's established .

@Jessica Duncan one call to a really good retail mortgage broker will answer your questions they usually are pretty attuned to credit scheme's.I would though in no way do this... too much identity theft out there..

@Kyle Stoltz, as others have said just fire him and move on if you aren't satisfied with his responsiveness. sounds odd but a bit worried cause he has all my information like my tax documents and such.Honestly if one of us decided to get into the identity theft or fraud business, yeah a lot of people would be screwed.
