Online Rental application
I have a good application form and a good credit check company, however, I would love to have an online credit application so i don't have to deal with paperwork. Anyone have a good suggestion

Are you asking for a credit/applicant screening company? If so, you've gotten some good ideas.
Are you asking for a way to use an online rental application? If so, I recommend using a google docs form. We really like it-you create the form and when someone fills it out, it automatically populates a spreadsheet w/ the info.
