Also, the contractor is not an investor and doesn't look at how to address the issues in the same way as an investor would.

Its probably easier and cheaper to just buy a list of RE investors. 99% of what I post on this site has been to help others completely free of charge.

My warning there is to find a DST broker who is a real estate professional with a real estate investor's mindset.
