Con is that you have inspections every few years (at least over here) so you have to be proactive with your tenants and stay on them so you aren't reactive when the inspector goes out there and finds that your tenant has turned your unit into a dump.

I think it also can be helpful to view the Traveler Search feature (https://www.furnishedfinder.com/housing/Dallas/Texas/Budget2...) to see what type of similar properties are listed if you haven't yet.Besides that, checking Airbnb and VRBO for 30+ day stays and local Facebook groups is always a good way to find other MTRs in your area.
