Hey I might buy that historic home if we can jack it up, cut into two pieces and relocated to San Juan Capistrano?

There are still 1% deals but the more attractive part is Columbus is an expanding city, with several significant companies relocating to the area in the near future, resulting in an abundance of new job opportunities. 

The timeline allows us to invest in some properties before we relocate back to California to be closer to our families. 

It appears that the tenants value the assurance of continuity without needing to relocate.

It's hard because most people don't relocate or have their lease ending at that time.

Last week my team was working hard to finish an apartment renovation that a tenant had temporarily relocated for.

Than if want to go step further you can look-up assured relocation, and can even submit a property to them for leasing if want be, but more over for exposure to this industry.
