It really set an expectation.When someone wants to go to the next guy and fill out their one page app it just means 98% of the time that will be a problem and a head ach giving you the triple t's It's not you it's then I would say continue to do it that way and if you have to offer cash for referrals word of mouth is a great way to market ...

In my experience, if you hold the open house, and a buyer wants the house you're holding open, you get a referral fee for bringing the buyer to listing agent (very rare) or if the buyer does not like the house but you are able to connect and establish agency, then you can have them when they purchase another home (even more rare in my experience)...with the possibility of a referral fee tacked onto that.

along with meeting and seeing at the project house.I would ask for referrals, and see their current or past jobs.many GC master the Sales pitch and lower estimates but don't follow through.

Hey everyone I got a promotional email from this company regarding commercial funding.

They promote that you can get a credit line up to $2MM at 0% for a year, but even with great credit I was only pre-approved for $50M.Now they want $3,495 for getting the credit (comprised of various credit cards that you have to pay an additional fee to get a cash advance from) and an additional $3,000 for a year of consulting where they will get you another year of additional 0% funding.

A GREAT agent referral would also come in handy.

For finding attorneys, I would say referrals are the best.
