Hi all! I'm searching for a great private or hard money investor for some flips in the Pittsburgh and Greater Pittsburgh area. Does anyone have a good recommendation? I'm basically looking for full financing if possible. I have some leads and have an active search going for great flips and I want to have the money lined up beforehand. Any recommendations would be great! Thanks!
