I don't know any contractors yet, and even if I knew, I wouldn't be able to ask them for a quote for every single listing I analyze.I am very new to this community and I am very eager to learn as much as possible.

I use the encode at my personal house and any rentals.

I am learning all I can and I can't wait to start collaborating with all the great people on Bigger Pockets.

I personally invest in Sacramento, mostly equity plays on buy and hold rentals, but am starting to flip properties again.

@Don KonipolAll 3.I am a fund manager for my company, I personally also own real estate (rentals, land) and invest passively as well.Being the fund manager is what I am always most excited about.

You could try getting a personal loan, they are a bit more flex with income and could give you some starting room.

Just curious to hear where anyone may see opportunity.Hi Chris, I personally love Columbus Ohio and as someone who works with a lot of out of state investors - there's so many catalysts for why you should invest here.
