Steven my current interest is to utilize a VA loan entitlement to obtain a Multi-family property.

I'm curious where most folks here are obtaining debt.  

I would like to obtain my real estate license as soon as possible this year and I currently live in Eugene, OR.

Capital is the easiest thing to obtain when a good deal presents itself.

What financing do you have in place to obtain your first flip?

One of the properties is occupied however, I have been unsuccessful at obtaining the name of the current occupants/residents.  

Obtaining your real estate license is a good idea and @Chris Romany pointed out some excellent reasons.Doing what you want to do is the best guide for moving forward on your ideas.  

Somebody that's really new to the industry as me, I believe getting my license, I can learn and obtain lots of knowledge that could be really beneficial when I start investing in real estate properties in the future.  

The bank may have obtained an order of eviction?

I just wanted to clarify as there is possibly some misunderstanding: the quotes I was given were obtained by the current owner, and are not 2 alternatives, but 2 requirements.So $22k to repair the foundation PLUS $130k for the inside of the 1350 sf unit and some inside and outside crack repairs on the rest of the building and the rest of the units.I will definitely get my own quotes if I choose to proceed.
