Pretty sweet forum.  I'm pretty new to investing and real estate in general.

I'm thinking about getting my real estate license in Oregon.  If anyone has advice or any info on the market around Portland or Eugene that would be great.  We are looking to move from Florida soon and I want to add some other income streams.

thanks

Hello Andrew and welcome! I am fairly new to real estate myself and I am currently going through the same process. I would like to obtain my real estate license as soon as possible this year and I currently live in Eugene, OR. I have the same question as you, what's the best way of going about it? If you end up making the move to Oregon you'll love it!
