However vetting is important.Maybe do a little social media stalking to see if the story checks out?

Yes I have had success advertising through social media and also SEO via a website, though I've never heard of Chad Lower.

We live in a WIIFM (what's in it for me) and confirmation bias social media world.

Offer some constructive criticism if you see a flaw with an approach, that is part of why I come to the posts... but, if you just want to be demeaning... join that other social media site that the rest of the world is on who want to just spew hate. 

Best case scenario it's a scum bag lender that you don't want to use, but most likely a scam. its a scammer / crook they have infiltrated all the real estate websites and social media.. the ONLY thing a legit lender would ask for on a vanilla type real estate loan IE not a big commercial project that takes a huge undertaking to spread and underwrite.. 

They have some very talented people one of which @Michael Glaspie I follow on social media as a military investor.
