REI experience and 2021 Goals

How long have you've been in the REI industry? What is your experience? What are your 2020 goals?

I am an Investor and REALTOR® in North Carolina and Alabama. I have over two years experience. My goals is to establish balance between both my REI business and being an REALTOR® to clients effectively. Also enhance branding and advertising for our company. We have two billboards, social media platforms and network as best as we can with Covid-19. I really want to take it to the next level in year 2021. I also would like to have 5 new rentals doors through creative financing. Last year we average 25-30k a month, I would like to double that for our business.
