It is also very quiet and peaceful.I have the creativity of a rock, but even I could write the marketing for a B&B located in the house.

I have ran some comps to determine about what the ARV would be, however I don't yet know what it needs in repairs except what I seen in passing, roof needs slight repair (if not replaced), it doesn't have a driveway (rocks with a lot of grass growing in it).

I prefer Dave's boring approach to life: being debt free and crushing the risk of hitting rock bottom or bankruptcy.Once I get my house paid off, I will then have what matters most me - protection for my family.

Concord/Kannapolis, Gastonia, Monroe, and Rock Hill, SC are all commuter areas into Charlotte and should have some better options.

I'm not one of the rock stars that's crushing it.

Mistake after mistake, mis management after mismangement, and finally sheet rock is up and we can get a GC in there to finish the rest (trim, doors, cabinets, tile, decks, fences, flooring).
