Memphis Invest - Communication Issues

After reading the glowing reviews of Memphis Invest on the BP forums, I decided to take the jump and give them a try. A couple weeks ago, I spoke with one of the portfolio advisers, and we scheduled a follow-up call for last Friday. After reviewing the information he emailed me, I emailed on Sunday to try to move the call earlier in the week. On Wednesday, I learned of a scheduling conflict so I reached out again to try to reschedule. Much to my surprise, I had a missed call from the adviser at our originally scheduled time. I still have not heard anything regarding rescheduling.

For a company that emphasizes the importance of communication, I am a bit taken aback by the lack of communication (particularly from at the sales stage). I realize people can get busy, but not responding to an email for over a week seems excessive. I was wondering if people who actually invested with Memphis Invest experienced any problems with communication (or lack thereof). It is my understanding that once you purchase a property, your point of contact changes. Has anyone had problems getting responses after purchase?

Thank you in advance for any feedback!

     Jonathan,

Feel free to reach out to me if you have issues like this as it is usually human error and I can always get things on track.  It is rare that we hear issues like this, but again, we are human, so when they come up they tend to be the best learning lessons and improvement posts for us.

Alan is whom you were speaking with and Alan is on a much needed vacation this week.  I can't speak for him, but his notes show his originally scheduled call with you which he made, yet he does not reference your emails and obviously missed your need to reschedule.  Marq Cobb who is head of our portfolio advisement team already called you this AM, but I believe your VM is full and not accepting messages.  He will be happy to speak with you while Alan is out of the office.

We have built and absolutely earned our reputation for customer service and communication, but are not immune from these types of issues.  Whatever we can do to make your experience better, please let us know and I trust that if we are the right fit for you as an investor then your experience will be what you expect.

Feel free to reach out to me if I can be of further assistance.  You can always DM me ~ Chris
