Since I speak Spanish and had been to CR several times there wasn't any real fear or concern with that.Note: an issue that will keep many US investors in a post 08' world out of international deals will be the difficulty in securing financing.

Multi-Unit Properties in Hagerstown, MD

My fear with the money in the property is the fact that Hagerstown prices have dropped significantly in the last 10 years according to bestplaces.net, however our strategy is long term by and hold for cash flow so this may not matter, especially for a commercial property.

I have been continuously stalking the BP blog posts, site and podcasts over the past 4 months and figure it's finally time to stop lingering behind the scenes and get active within the awesome community here on BP.I'm a big believer in learning (screw you analysis paralysis) by doing so we recently purchased a second home (which will become our next rental property as well - don't worry I ran all the numbers first and purchased with this intent) in order to turn our first home into a rental property.
