Just. Wow.  Dont even know where to begin with this so suffice to say published in 2011... really?  That wasn't the time to sell all your RE, that advice was, in 2011, at least 5 years too late.  Useless, like telling me i should have studied more in college.... yeah thanks, you dont say...

In 2011 anyone that had income or cash and an ounce of common sense was BUYING REI! And stocks for that matter!
