Its a lot of paperwork.  

I find it often that there is some issue with trailer title, I have even had banks miss the proper paperwork. 

Getting the final county inspections, home inspections, appraiser, and title company to work with us during this time was challenging, but well worth the effort to continue to communicate and express our attention with how each individual would like to be a part of the transaction- what they would and would not do.It seems essential employees are still looking for modern renovations in this market.

I agree with @Ray Schumacher, it sounds more like an oil tank if it's metal and you would need to see the paperwork.

My ideal is something with mother In law to essentially have 2 units...

Tenant is refusing entry due to COVID-19 shelter in place even though this is considered an essential business activity. 

Essentially, he said they inspect absolutely everything and are very hard to work with.

But since I’m providing an essential service shouldn’t I get the same bail out as airlines etc.....It would be reassuring if the government would guarantee my expenses in providing this plus another 20% to live on.  

From their view, this is 5 rentals that you wholly own - the properties as a separate entities is disregarded, you are essentially moving money from one pocket to the other.If each of these rentals is in it's own LLC and this is for liability protection... 

Admittedly there will be a LOT of those deemed 'non-essential' who will suffer financially & fall back to Guv welfare, but there seems to be an uncanny resilience to financial doom for most.
