Filled Septic Tank - NJ

Thanks for dropping by. I'm a newbie and about to purchase my first investment property!  Everything is going smoothly but the one concern I have is a metal tank found during a scan.  I have order from the township from when the house switched from septic tank to public sewer.  It also states that it was filled and sealed.  Is this enough or would anyone recommend additional tests, such as a soil test?  Are there other concerns I am not contemplating?  The seller stated that they have always used gas and never had an oil tank.

I would appreciate any thoughts. Thanks in advance!
