The home is gorgeous, and truly is a beautiful home.The problem is that this home has a really good management/rental Company, and the location and quality of the home has it constantly rented.The owner doesn't want us bothering his renters, which is understandable, we do have a virtual tour and lots of photos on the listing, but when someone is looking at spending $ 200K for a house, they want to see and touch what they are buying.We are looking for suggestions on how you other Realtors have dealt with this situation in the past.Thank you,John RogersFlorida Trust Realty.com, LLC

All is well.Along comes a beautiful two family home for sale, as well as my questions.

Currently, we have a right to use deed in a resort that provides cabins as well as rooms in a lodge at the resort.It's located int the Smoky mountains in an absolutely beautiful area in NC. 

I enjoy the shade, the beauty, and privacy which I believe someone else would also find attractive whether I decide to rent or sale in the future. 

It is often used in interior decoration.

I first gained a love for Interior decorating which led me to get down and dirty by renovating my own home.

You lead a beautiful rewarding life.

Hopefully they are keeping the place clean anyways :) So far, they have been compliant, and even went as far as to take down decorations etc. for the owner.
