New member intro

Hi! I've been a member on BP for a few years but I haven't been active on the site:( so now I would like to reintroduce myself! I'm full-time RE investor/landlord in Rochester NY. I love what I do most of the time lol. I buy and hold and fix and flip. My business partner and I have done a ton of short sales and wholesales. I have some experience with lease option tenants, subject to's, multi units, and creative financing. I'm looking for new deals and joint ventures. Besides RE I like to run. I've participated in two 5k races. I'm a volunteer at a Rochester City School. I love to ride my bicycle. I love art. I collect antique and vintage furniture. And I think I'm going to take up French lessons. I recently went to Paris and Rome in October. The recent events in Paris are very saddening:( I look forward to the wealth of information from my RE friends on BP and sharing my RE adventures!
