What would be some of the real estate tasks you would outsource to a Virtual Assistant?

It's been a blast reading through the forums and learning from the experiences and RE adventures shared.  

Now that isn't any easy task, but it can certainly be done.

The collegiate experience will teach you a lot about dealing with difficult people, multi-tasking, time management and so much more.  

You might consider an hour a week, max, dedicated to the off-site management tasks like record keeping, banking, forms management, etc.

If you purchased the book from BiggerPockets, it came with spreadsheets that organize the rehab process into sections, with line-item tasks within each section. 

@Allyssa Compton Maybe you're right, I think my agent is alright as he has brought me a few off market deals that he thinks would make good investment properties but they're not multifamily, however the Raleigh market is 100% a sellers market right now so it's a very hard task finding many deals.

I'm new to BiggerPockets. it seems a general challenge we all have is how to beat deal with unreliable contractors that make our real estate renovations an adventure-packed ride where we don't always know how much the ticket costs and when we shall arrive at our destination.
