Hi All!  It's been a blast reading through the forums and learning from the experiences and RE adventures shared.  I am now committed to taking the leap into RE investing.  Listening to the podcasts and going through discussions has been an inspiration.  My current focus or immediate goal is to owner occupy a duplex in the SE Wisconsin and Milwaukee market, with areas of interest being Bay View, Riverwest, and Wauwatosa.  I currently live and work in Waukesha about 30 min outside of Milwaukee.  Special thanks to all the member investing in the Milwaukee for the great information and filling us in on all the podcasts featuring local investors.  Was a blast to hear about those success stories!
