Any platforms you recommend?

I'm a business owner and a multifamily/commercial acquisitions associate with a large investment platform company.

Several individuals have stood on the Covid-19 relief platform and played the waiting game. 

I’ve been in the industry my entire career but started my own syndication platform last year and our first investment was a 33 unit in Beaverton.

My partner and I have built up our real estate investing platform to 15 employees in development, 15 employees in property management and 60 employees in our lending business.

On the MLS platform or Zillow.

Is there any advice when marketing on these platforms that you would have for me?

We use the IMS platform but they do not have the ability for investors to upload their DL or passport.

Lots of similar platforms out there, try Redfin, Realtor, Trulia for a similar experience.

There are good reasons for why we have it set up this way that I won't go into at this time.To help us coordinate our efforts, I would like recommendations on a software package that can do the following:1) Link up to online nightly rental bookings like AirBnb so we can keep track of all bookings on one calendar, but still allows us to book outside those platforms for repeat business.2) Automates emailing any PDF e-signature pages for any legal disclaimers / "stay" agreement / liability waivers for using the swimming pool, etc.
