From a syndicators perspective, what tools/software have you used to perform investor ID verification(AML/KYC)? We need to collect investor's driver's license or passport but have no better way currently than via email which is not easy to manage. We use the IMS platform but they do not have the ability for investors to upload their DL or passport. Any recommendations? I know LexisNexis has capability. Any others?
