Hey Jacksonville Investors... I've been in Jacksonville for almost a year now and have connected with a few investors but would love to connect with more growth minded individuals that are serious about investing. I'm a business owner and a multifamily/commercial acquisitions associate with a large investment platform company. I live in the Julington Creek area and attend a monthly meetup where I can connect with others and gain more inspiration. 

I've realized that in order to really grow, it's important to build a team. I always thought that JV was for those who didn't know what to do or for those who didn't have any funds of their own but I've realized it can be much more than that. You can really grow far greater and much quicker. Obviously there has to be some commonalities and interest have to align. I am at a stage where I want to blow away my previous expectations and get to a new level. You know, retire early, build wealth, keep learning and just crush it. Become an expert and absolutely thrive. If anyone else has been wanting or is doing the same let's connect and see if there is something we can do together.
