Leads and Facebook Questions

Hey everyone!

So I’m about 2 months in as a new Realtor and I had a few questions.

How should I post of facebook to let my sphere know I’m now a Realtor? Should I say something simple and to the point like, “Hey Friends, as some of you may know I’ve now started my new career as a Realtor! If you are in the market for a house or looking to sell your property please don’t hesitate to contact me if you have questions!”

Should I add anything to it to make it seem more exciting or a picture of my business card or something along with it? I was also going to post on Instagram as well. I am 23 so I figured my audience of people would be looking for a house soon. I do have a business page on facebook but so far I have only shared a few listings I did Open Houses for. Is there any advice when marketing on these platforms that you would have for me?

Also, should I try to find some investors to take on as clients to have some repeat business? How would I start with that? I do want to start investing myself in the future (once I am more experienced) but I would like to work with some investors for now until I get to that point. Any advice is greatly appreciated!
