In the future I would like to create an account for collecting rent, one for acquisitions, and one for expenses (maintenance, capex, vacancy)Game plan: Purchase the homes with personal financing, then quit claim the property to the LLC.

Is there a way I could claim the property and buy it for the cost of the tax liens?  

As if court is an easy option for a person who claims to be aggrieved. 

The **** inspector opened every panel, took pictures and claimed violations - - BS.I had just done a full restoration after a fire and had the service totally redone and updated to 200amp. 

Even if they claim it is a turnkey, no inspection is perfect!
