Sept 2015, both grandsons were served foreclosure summons from grandfather stating amount borrowed in June 1994 through today Sept 2015 plus high interest.

@Alex Shipp While the day to day management is probably doable, it would be hard to show the property if you are gone.  

I found a place and have a contract haven't sent back the Signed "Contract for sale and Purchase" because the lender I was going use told me today he doesn't lend in Panama City for some reason so now I have to find someone new.

Called the tax assessor's office today to see what taxes are owed on the property as I haven't paid the taxes on it since I acquired the property because it had a mobile home on it that got repossessed from a foreclosure through the owner's mortgage company.
