Interest only, low interest cost, can be tax write off.

(I'm looking for a 3 family triplex as my first investment because I believe taxes are significantly smaller on a 3 family, opposed to a 4 family and up.

Speaking of that, I have been thinking of the tax incentives like depreciation and writing interest and things off.  

While the bank doesn't know my investing goals or care that my plan it to pay it off quickly, when they just see that I "cash flow" a mere $50 a month and my taxes say I lost money on it, they get scared.
