2) What network do I have in place or can I easily develop to find opportunities.3) Do I need a different style in either location e.g. more online presence, doorknocking that is a better fit for my personality.4) Resiliency.

and also, does anyone have experience with replacing windows and whether or not that often involves custom sizes or if typical Home Depot style windows work.  

Fortunately, and I believe this whole-heartedly, real estate investing will provide the means to achieve all of these freedoms.

It isn't my style to walk into someone's business and treat them as if they are guilty before proven innocent...and I couldn't understand why someone would respond in that manner based on my line of questioning.

We would like to connect with other real estate investors in our area who have discounted residential or commercial property (specifically properties with gas stations), venture funders, and individuals with discounted mortgage notes.We enjoy networking with other investors and find that "together everyone achieves more."

Some models have zero clearance to walls etc.Have had those old style space heaters too,,,they are energy hungry. 

That being said, I joined BP in large part to learn how to manage greater amounts of risk to achieve greater wealth.
