I'm talking to one SVP at a bank who is interested in spinning off an affiliate owned or a separate originator, but we're talking at a national level, they are checking on the feasibility.I'd say the ones to contact would be those servicing companies that take seller financed transactions and modify them.

You don't have to have a separate LLC for single property you own.Let's say you own 10 properties, if you have a series LLC, you could assign 1 property in each series for just $50.
