4 Plex Numbers
Looking at a 4 Plex and wanted to get everyone's opinion on the numbers.
Price is $225,000
Mortgage, taxes and ins are about $1,800 mo
3 units occupied, one owner occupied, currently renting for $2,500, will be about $3,400 after renting the owners unit.
Seems like a good deal to me bit wondering if I'm overlooking something.
