Is there a better way to organize it all?

Hey @Eric Williams, instead of installing submetering you could institute a RUB (ratio utility bill back). 

I came to New Hampshire to do City Year which is a nonprofit organization.

If you do a good job you can probably organize meetings with a lot of their former students to get good, first-hand experience.  

It can tie directly to bank accounts to organize finances, keep all your documents in place, track equity, and much more.Set aside those percentages until you build a "reserve" large enough to handle your worst-case scenario.

That's the rub.

I am just not sure, they can always hire some odd balls and knock it out that away cheaper, however the crews I run are very fast and organized.
