Investing in Multifamily in NH?

Arthur Lyon

Good Afternoon everyone,

Within the next 6months or year I plan on purchasing my first multifamily property where I plan on beginning my real estate investing career. Always been a life long dream of mines. I’m wondering which towns in NH are individuals are investing in and the best for location where I can get great cash flow and appreciation over the years. I live in the Manchester area and looking at prices I feel there not as bad as Massachusetts. Looking for insights and perhaps guidance on where to look and possibilities.

Hi Arthur, I own a 2 family in Keene and also am a real estate agent out here. I bought this property almost 2 years ago and am house hacking it. Keene is really good for multifamily, I am getting $1500 for a 2 bedroom with everything included except electric. But Keene also has the upside if you wanted to look into student rentals with the college in town. Right now the market is quite hot, but feel free to reach out with me if you have any specific questions about Keene!
