This is one of my favorite features of Bigger Pockets especially for asking specific questions.

I have listened to at least 10 BP Podcasts over the last few months and have read numerous articles and an occasional forum post as well.  

@Danette Stafford my advise would be to use the search feature in the upper right hand corner and see if you can find someone in the KC area doing what you are wanting to do and reach out to them.

Likewise, if you are searching on a national crowdfunding site where there might be numerous deals, the deal with the best presentation (ie biggest promise), will get most the money - not necessarily the best deal.

I have realized that many of my fellow students don't know about real estate and its numerous possibilities.

In addition, the forms will let borrowers know about unfavorable features, such as prepayment penalties or increases in the loan balance.The new rule requires specific mathematical computations to disclose the borrower's and lender’s title insurance fees.
