Hi Bigger Pockets Community:

I am a new member in lovely Middle Tennessee. I was saved from paying for a “guru” thanks to BP. I am completely new to real estate investing, and I have been diving into the pod casts (about 20 hours of listening and counting). They rock! Many thanks for putting those together.

My focus currently centers on small multi family and buy and hold. The ultimate goal is replacing my full time job’s income in the Organizational Development field. I bring an open mind and I am here to learn as much as I can about real estate. Thanks again for this amazing resource! If there is anything I can assist with or answer about the greater Nashville area I am happy to help. In addition, if anyone in the area wants to meet up I would be glad to help organize that.

Kind Regards,

Michael
