Hey Friends,

I really wish I knew about BP when I was starting out.  What a great community of like minded individuals learning and sharing together!

I'm a part-time RE investor, stay-at-home Dad, and blogger.  My very first deal was a complete disaster. I purchased a home that I COULD NOT RENT OUT!! Nice one, huh? (Guess I should have reviewed the HOA rental restrictions fine print better. Ooops!)

The good news is that I didn't beat myself up (too long) and bounced back.  I now own 4 cash flowing rentals and some fractional equity in misc deals through realtyshares.

I look forward to learning much more from the BP community and helping anyone I'm able to along the way.

Cheers!
