If you're staying local, I recommend checking local university MBA programs as many business programs have a concentration of real estate.

Most apts are over 600 a month so it fits 80% of buyers budgets.

I don't believe there is a one size fits all type of service although, there should be a baseline standard.

I hated doing the engineering and would have preferred being RE, but there were some MAJOR advantages to doing the engineering while I did it:- Had a steady paycheck while I 'figured out' real estate and where I fit in with it, and benefits of course- The company was contributing to my 401K while I was there which ended up being free money I used later to buy real estate- It gave me time to really figure out my niche in real estate.

The letters work just as well without all the hassle.Then I fold the letters into quarters and they fit perfectly into a white or ivory A2 invitation style envelope, (size 4 3/8 x 5 3/4), that you can pick up at Staples or Office Depot.I never use a printer to print the recipients address.
