Loan Programs Information

Hello:
Is there a link or site with information pertaining to available loan programs for investors who 1. have outsdtanding credit 2. Employed 3. have some ligiud assets

I was scared away from the 203K program but am wondering what else is out there. I am lloking for purchase price 200K

Dutch, best to ask your bank, not all lenders do a 203K and not all lenders do other programs, like USDA or Bond Money or CDBG deals, what you can get depends on your area and what lenders offer. I'd suggest you go to the commercial loan side of your bank and see what they might do. :)
