Finding good agents to help me make offers
I have hit critical mass - I am simply buried with all of the offers I am making and all of the renovations I'm juggling. I'm looking to hire a younger newbie agent(s) to help me make offers on properties.....and my hope is I find agents that want to learn the art of real estate investing by actually doing deals with me. I can offer them a crazy split > 90% since I have no overhead - and I don't really need to make money off of the deals they do. I own a small boutique brokerage - and need to find an entrepreneurial agent(s) near Wellesley, MA (or near Boston Massachusetts) that is willing to do some of the legwork in the short term in exchange for higher commissions over the long term. Any thoughts on where to find these types of agents aside from just cold calling them and trying to hire them away from other firms? Prefer to avoid "institutionalized" big brokerage type agents. Craigslist was a bust.... Ideas appreciated!
