Generally a broker may encourage agent to work with peoplethey know who may have a commercial transaction without getting into specifics about the business side and to bring that case to the broker who will make the call and probably assign a commercial agent to you, that's probably the best case if you're allowed to get involved.Next, in some states, an agent must meet different requirements and hold a license to deal in commercial property or it may be limited to brokers.
