You might have more success if you determine who that is and then refine your marketing tactics accordingly.Personally, I wouldn't allow cats or dogs they can destroy rentals, differentiate yourself by trying to provide your tenants with a good experience, without being a push over.

one of my tenants (3rd floor) contacted me to tell me that the 1st floor tenants dog bit then and they had to go to the hospital. they are demanding I make them get rid of the dog. well I come here to find out what advice anyone here has on what to do. the dog has never been aggressive to me so I'm not sure why this would have happened. for any reference I'm in CTthanks!

a friend of mine who is WAAAY smarter than me . he Is a Wharton grad.. we were having a long discussion on some other investments we had together and then we just started talking about what does the next 24 to 36 months look like.but I do believe location plays a factor as well as interest rates and the banks willingness to loan.Even with low interest rates in 08 to 2010 or 11  it was dog tough to get a loan.. banks are defiantly lossening up.however I don't see the mortgage market going crazy for SFR's I am buying a second home in Vegas right now.. and wanted a 50% LTC loan and man the amount of underwriting is daunting.. when in the past I could basically get this loan on a credit report and signature.I think tighter lending within reason is good for the over all market and economy.. we need not revisit liar loans and 125% LTC loans.. those were ridiculous on their face

I have sold two show dogs to the Philippines.
