Hello,

My name is Terri Avery and I am currently licensed as a real estate agent. I was going to train with our current landlord, but her broker did not want to take on another brand new agent. Not knowing or trusting anyone else to train me properly I decided not to try flipping on my own. My license is currently inactive as a result. I am hoping that I can learn what I need to know here and feet started in real estate investing.

Our landlord of 7 years is going to renovate our property and sell. We have until August 1st to find another property. We do not qualify for a conventional loan because we buy everything with cash and do not have traditional credit. So hopefully I can learn something here that will help us with this as well. If anyone has suggestions I sure would appreciate it.

Thank you in advance
