@chris seveneyfirst if I ever end up in court since you are the only one asking or mentioning yes you will be the first person I call and tell my outcome to .. now to continue that quote or saying has been used forever when will people get with the program and change what they were taught the laws change all the time .. one judge might see it ok and one might not your also saying that it's illegal without a license and that's misleading you should be reported for that how is it my attorney Gary Davidson #1 in Illinois as well as other attorneys and Tax professionals that I have as partners that i work with daily inform me that this is perfectly legal Andi don't need a license but you gonna try to tell me I do only cuz of your personal belief 😂😂😂😂 don't waste your breathe here Sir

I generate my own business by displaying knowledge and attracting customers.If they want to give you a lead and IF it closes take a fee that is one thing but that is doubtful.

Unless you have some other kind of arrangement (lease purchase type deal).Maybe your attorney should be approached for advice now that you face this somewhat foreseen event - yes, the attorney should have foreseen this as a possible outcome, and put in language into the agreement to handle such a scenario.
