Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $38,000
Cash invested: $38,000

3 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom over 1800 sq ft. Plan to add another bathroom and increase the rent from $800 to $1200. Super cute Historic home! Closing in September

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

This property needed minimal amount of work considering the age. Roof is 3 years old, it has some original hardwood flooring, the bathroom has already been updated.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

I am a Realtor and was able to find it myself.

We used cash
