Following any advice may result in injury, divorce, felony charges, civil litigation or death.You shouldn't randomly call people as it is a huge waste of time and will result in sitting in a warm bath with a razor blade before the first lead ever shows up.  

The entire global warming scam is about making the American People believe that a crisis is looming so that they will permit the government to take their money through cap and trade.

I have a strict policy that I only buy property that is 30 minutes or less from where I live.....but in order to be warm during the winter months, I may need to make an exception :D .

Hope you're keeping warm and staying inside to avoid the treacherous half-inch of snow that will be destroying the city overnight... :-)Yeah, it's crazy how much a closing is down here.

For instance the US Virgin Islands and US Territories (since you like warm carribbean weather) can certainly give you a lot of income tax shelter without rennouncing your US citizenship.
