Hi, I’m Karen Lee from the Boston, Mass area. I’m working hard to bridge my way into real estate full time as a renovation designer, flipper, stager. I am passionate about real estate and own three properties that I’ve fixed and am holding. I have successfully flipped two of my own homes over the recent past- one in Los Angeles, CA and another in Melrose, Mass.

I’ve been in the music business for most of my adult life and it’s been very good to me, sending me to live in great cities such as New York, Boston and Los Angeles. I’ve been fortunate enough to have worked with some of the biggest names in the music industry and have done a lot of design work for some of them on the side.

Currently, my 9 to 5 is spent running a music marketing company that I started 15 years ago. It is established and successful and my fantastic business partner is ready to take the helm while I explore my options in flipping houses. I’m ready to flip a house for fun and profit and get into the game full time – either in Los Angeles or New England areas.

I’ve only recently begun to explore some of the real estate investor network meetings in the Boston area and have found that they can be an invaluable resource for learning and networking. I’ve already mapped out 4 of them coming up in April. Maybe I’ll see some of you there!
