Have you ever contacted a DNC number, as a realtor..?

Legally you cannot contact anyone on the DNC list. The applicable rules are available on the FTC website.
I know some realtors (even real estate coaches) will not discourage agents from calling DNC listed folks. They will argue that if you are calling people to establish a relationship and not to "sell" them anything, it is not against the law.
I would rather err on the side of caution -- there are plenty of fish out there!
